Registration is closed.

For each paper presented at WG 2025, at least one author must be registered for the conference. If you need an invitation letter, please indicate so in the registration form. If you need something special, please contact the organizers (fernau@uni-trier.de and kindermann@uni-trier.de) directly.

For the registration fee, you will receive an invoice per mail to pay via bank transfer. We have to create all invoices manually and run them through our administration, so this can take a bit, but we’ll try to send them to you as fast as possible. The registration fee covers the excursion and conference dinner; only select “extra tickets” if you are bringing an accompanying person.

For the accomodation and regular meals at the conference venue, you will pay directly at the conference site. To simplify the check-in process, please bring the printed and filled out registration form to the venue (if possible).

We have reserved 15 rooms for the night from Friday to Saturday (the other rooms are needed for another event). If you want to stay until Saturday, please register early as long as the rooms are still available.
